Terms of service

The baseline terms for using Qyro Cloud hosting, VPS, and related support services.

Service use

You are responsible for the activity on your account, uploaded files, installed software, and users you invite to your server or panel.

Billing

Plans renew on the billing cycle shown at checkout. Failed payments may suspend services until the balance is resolved.

Backups

Backups are provided as a recovery tool, not a substitute for customer-owned copies. Critical worlds and files should be exported regularly.

Changes

We may update these terms when products, legal requirements, or network policies change. Material changes will be communicated through account or service channels.
